1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only if your account has not been used to generate any AI content. If you have generated any AI content (including, but not limited to, text, images, or descriptions), your payment will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • No AI content must have been generated using your account.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above or in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
